
1. Project Planning and Management: Responsible for the overall planning and execution of overseas logistics projects, developing detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, tracking project progress, ensuring project completion on schedule and achieving expected goals.
2. Supply chain coordination: Establish and maintain overseas logistics networks, coordinate multimodal transportation resources such as sea, air, and land transportation, optimize transportation routes and plans, and ensure efficient and accurate delivery of goods to all parts of the world.
3. Compliance management: Familiar with international logistics regulations, trade rules, and customs policies of destination countries, ensuring that all logistics operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, avoiding risks, and safeguarding the interests of the company from harm.
4. Cost control and efficiency improvement: Analyze and evaluate logistics costs, reduce costs through resource integration, process optimization, and other methods, and improve logistics operation efficiency and economic benefits.
5. Team building and internal and external communication: Establish and lead an efficient logistics project team, conduct internal training and maintain external partnerships, maintain good communication and collaboration with all parties, and solve various problems during project operation.
6. Risk management and emergency response: Establish and improve a risk warning mechanism to effectively prevent and respond to various potential risks that may affect project implementation, ensuring the continuity and stability of logistics services.
1. Hold a bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in logistics management, international trade, or related fields;
2. More than three years of experience in the logistics industry, with rich experience in overseas logistics project management and operation. Relevant experience in international logistics, international freight forwarding, customs declaration and inspection is preferred;
3. Familiar with the international logistics system and relevant laws and regulations, with good cross-cultural communication skills;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational and coordination skills, and problem-solving abilities;
5. Excellent proficiency in English or other foreign languages, capable of conducting business communication without barriers.
6. Able to accept permanent residency in countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, etc., and can return to China once every quarter.
