With the coordinated efforts of a series of policy combinations, China's logistics operation has shown a structurally positive trend of stabilizing and recovering.

　　From January to October, the national total social logistics volume reached 287.8 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.7%. The growth rate of total social logistics volume has rebounded month-on-month for two consecutive months, the recovery momentum of logistics operation has strengthened, and the structurally positive trend has become more evident. In industrial product logistics, the total logistics volume of more than 80% of regions and industries achieved growth. Logistics demand for basic industries such as steel, building materials, and petrochemicals has recovered. At Xinghua Port in Taizhou, Jiangsu, the transportation volume of building materials such as sand and gravel has increased significantly since the beginning of this year.

　　The continuous elimination of "information silos" in the logistics field and the accelerated application of new technologies such as driverless vehicles are all improving the efficiency of logistics operation. In terms of railways, by accelerating the construction of a national fast freight logistics circle and enhancing the capacity of major freight corridors, the overall efficiency of freight transportation has increased by 3.7%. In the field of air transport, more all-cargo aircraft routes were continuously expanded in October. At the same time, by opening more cross-border courier dedicated lines and increasing the number of charter flights, it has provided support for the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce.
